Description

This semolina is made from the best Austrian grains. The wheat is sifted through small and large sieves as it is ground. The larger pieces of grain that are sifted out of the flour as it is being ground make up the semolina. It is perfect for making soup garnishes, semolina pancakes, desserts, grits or porridge and has a thick, creamy texture. It's classic, traditional and natural.
