Description

The highly valued Gotu Kola plant (Centella asiatica) has many names under which it is known. It is used in Asia, Europe and USA.

About the Gotu Kola plant:

The herbaceous plant grows flat on the ground and prefers warm and humid areas at high altitudes
It grows in tropical and subtropical climates, mostly on the edge of rice fields and on river banks
It has bright green leaves and, once it matures, small, white-pink flowers that produce an oval fruit cluster
The heart-shaped leaves of the plant are suitable for consumption
They can be eaten fresh or dried

Gently ground.

Tips:

The powder can be added to smoothies and fruit juices or mixed with water.
It is also very popular to drink as a tea.

Preparation of the tea:

Pour boiling water over one cup of tea. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy.
