Description
This vegan rice pudding is made entirely from extruded rice semolina. It is free from added sugars and naturally lactose-free. Featuring a neutral flavour, it is the perfect base for your favourite toppings and custom creations. Ready in just a few minutes, it can be easily prepared with water or a plant-based drink.
Recommended use:
- Bring 250–300 ml of water, plant-based drink, or milk to the boil.
- Stir in 50 g of rice semolina.
- Allow to sit and thicken for approximately 2–3 minutes.
- Refine or sweeten to taste as desired.
