Description
It is easy to prepare a low-calorie version of your favourite Italian dishes with this spaghetti made from organic konjac flour. With only 9 kcal per 100 g, this spaghetti is very low in calories and therefore ideal for health-conscious gourmets. Also free from fat, sugar, and gluten, and therefore suitable for individuals with food intolerances.
Preparation:
- Open the packaging and empty the contents into a sieve.
- Rinse the pasta thoroughly with plenty of water to neutralise the slight natural odour of konjac.
- Heat the pasta in a wok or frying pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Finally, whisk in your choice of sauce, herbs or vegetables, or stir into a soup or salad.
