Recommended use:
- Add 1 kg of bath crystals to a full bath at the recommended bath temperature of 37 ° C. A bath should last at least 20 minutes, or in the best case even 45 minutes.
- The frequency with which you take baths depends on your needs.
Note:
- Not suitable for use in electric foot baths. Magnesium has a corrosive effect on metal parts that are present in a pumping system.
