Description

The Chromium capsules by ZeinPharma® contain chromium in the form of chromium picolinate. Chromium is an essential trace element and is bound to picolinic acid here, which optimises absorption in the body.

Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule daily with still water. Ideally with a meal.

Note:

  • If you also take zinc or iron supplements, it is more difficult for your body to absorb chromium. You should therefore take these supplements about 2 hours apart.
  • Chromium can interact with certain medications such as insulin or blood sugar-lowering drugs. In case you are taking such medication, please consult your doctor before taking chromium as a food supplement.
