Description
Essence M Omega-3 by ZeinPharma® is filled in soft gel capsules made from fish gelatine. The fish oil contains the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in polyunsaturated form.
Recommended dose:
Take 3 softgel capsules twice per day with sufficient water at mealtimes. Alternatively, the capsule can be opened, and you can take the contents directly or stirred into yoghurt or a smoothie.
