Description
L-carnosine is a dipeptide composed of the 2 amino acids beta-alanine and histidine. This valuable and extremely important substance is an integral part of the body and is found in nerve cells, muscle tissue, the heart and the skin.
Recommended dose:
Swallow 3 capsules whole daily with sufficient water, preferably 30 minutes before meals. You can take all 3 capsules at once or spread out over the course of the day.
