Description
L-theanine is a non-proteinogenic amino acid. These capsules from ZeinPharma contain 250 mg of green tea extract, of which 100 mg is natural L-theanine and 75 mg polyphenols. The capsules have a low caffeine content of no more than 1.25 mg per capsule.
Recommended dose:
Take 2 capsules daily with water with a meal. If required, the capsules can be opened and the contents taken directly.
