Description
These vitamin B2 capsules by ZeinPharma contain vitamin B2 in the form of bioactive riboflavin-5-phosphate which can be optimally absorbed by the body. The capsules are vegan and free from gluten, lactose and magnesium stearate.
Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient water, preferably with a meal. Avoid taking with tea or coffee, as these can inhibit the bioavailability of vitamin B2.
Note:
- Certain medications, such as birth control pills, antidepressants, or antibiotics, may interfere with the absorption or utilisation of vitamin B2.
- Excessive intake of vitamin B2 may cause a harmless yellow discolouration of urine. However, side effects are unlikely when the recommended dosage is followed.
