Aspartame-FREE!
To meet the interest of the increasing consumer for "aspartame-free" products, the addition of aspartame, while developing the WHEY-PLEX, was dispensed.

Who need protein
protein is an essential nutrient and should be taken as part of a balanced diet in sufficient quantity. Physically active people have have an increased protein requirement. The daily diet does not cover this. In addition, protein-rich foods have often large amounts of other nutrients (carbohydrates and fat) and unwanted accompanying substances (cholesterol, purine, lactose) included. High quality protein concentrates such as WHEY-PLEX or ISO-TECH are ideal for people who would like to eat low-carbohydrate and low-fat.

How much protein do we need?
A question which sience has answered for decades in various ways. The recommendations are ranging from 0.5g to 3g 8or more9 a day. the daily protein requirement of a human beeing regardless of gender is rather influenced by two factos: from the level of the physical activity and the body weight of the individual. The type of activity plays a subordinate role. Wether strength or endurance training - the ones who are physically involed, need more protein. Not only for recovery of the claimed muscle, but also for the support of the regeneration phase. Also your body weight affects the protein requirements. Since the protein intake should be based on body weight, it is clear that a lighter person needs less protein than a heavier one.

Diet = need of incresed proteins!
While a reduced-calorie diet, adequate intake of protein is particularly important. Protein protects against the degradation of "metabolically active" muscle substance. In short: more protein and less carbohydrates and a moderate amount of fat.

Wheyprotein – the facts!
In the great range of sports nutrition products for bodybuilders, strength and fitness athletes, the different types of protein powders make the largest share. The differences do not only lie in the various flavors of the products, but the raw materials do play a much more important role than the considerable price differences between the products and each provider.

Whey protein is the english name for lactalbumin and is amongst the most popular products. The protein efficieny ratio (PER) and the biological value (BV) indicate how efficiently a food protein can be converted into endogenous protein. The more vital amino acids (=protein components which the body can not produce itself) the protein contains and the more similar the composition of the amino acids is to the endogenous pattern, the higher is the quality of the protein.

Recommended use: Stirr 3 scoops (40g) of Whey plex powder in 400ml of skim milk or 300ml of water and let it dissolve. The easiest way is to use a blender. Drink up to 3 servings daily, preferably during meals and before or immediately after exercise.
