Description
An endurance drink made from high-quality carbohydrates and electrolytes that accompanies you perfectly during endurance exercise. Naturally flavoured apple juice combined with cooling mint make the drink something special and send you into a different training world with this taste experience. Artificial additives were deliberately avoided in this sports drink.
Preparation:
Dissolve 3 tablespoons (60g) in 1000ml of water. Variation: 1 drinking bottle 750ml = 20 - 100g (1 - 5 tablespoons) powder. Up to a dosage of 80g powder per 1000ml water, the drink is hypotonic (laboratory tested 250 mOsm /l) and up to a maximum dosage of 105g, it is still isotonic (laboratory tested 290 mOsm /l).
