The product is made and checked for quality in Germany.

Recommended use:

Before going to bed, spray 8 sprays directly into your mouth. You may like to start with half the dosage or less.
(4 sprays) = 0.5 mg melatonin
(8 sprays) = 1.0 mg melatonin

The SLEEP SPRAY can also be used after brushing your teeth as it contains no sugar but has a slightly minty flavour.
