Sleep Spray Strong by BRAINEFFECT is an oral spray featuring a clearly indicated ingredient list of melatonin, vitamin B6, and selected botanical extracts, including lavender and ashwagandha. Each daily serving (4 pumps of the spray) delivers 2 mg of melatonin, a natural substance that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and contributes to the relief of subjective jet lag.

The spray also contains vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

The formulation is enhanced with lavender and ashwagandha extracts, both highly valued in traditional herbal applications. This easy-to-use spray is sugar-free, alcohol-free, and contains no animal-derived components.

Recommended dosage:
Spray 4 times into the mouth 20 minutes before bedtime. Shake before use.
