Description
These capsules by Classic Ayurveda are based on a composition of traditional Indian botanicals and spices. The formula contains the well-known triphala mixture of amla, haritaki and bibhitaki, as well as the trikatu mixture consisting of ginger, black pepper and pippali. This combination is supplemented by kalmegh, asafoetida, cumin and ajwain. The daily recommended dose provides 80 mg of kalmegh powder, which contains 46 mg of polyphenols.
Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water.
