Description

NIGHTcare capsules by Classic Ayurveda combine a selection of traditional plant extracts. The formula consists of ashwagandha (winter cherry), Indian valerian (tagara), brahmi and mandukaparni. This balanced composition uses purely plant-based raw materials from India.

The daily recommended dose of two capsules in the evening provides 300 mg of Indian valerian extract and 7 mg of withanolides from ashwagandha extract.

Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water.
