Shredded Reishi mushrooms make an ideal mushroom tea for connoisseurs!

How to make Reishi tea:

• Add 2-4 tablespoons of the shredded mushrooms to 1 litre of hot water and steep for about 15 minutes! The more mushrooms you add, the stronger the tea.
• Drink at least 2 cups per day to restore balance.
