Description
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), also known as "Indian ginseng" or "winter cherry", is particularly valued in Ayurveda. In ancient texts, the plant is repeatedly referred to as a rejuvenating agent. Therefore, formulations with this medicinal herb are considered very valuable. According to the manufacturer, these tablets balance the Vata and Kapha dosha.
Manufacturer's dosage recommendation: Take 1 tablet twice a day with water without chewing. The daily dose of 2 tablets per day contains 950 mg ashwagandha.
