Description

The Bitter Green blend from Naturavella provides a complex of seven organic bitter herbs according to the original traditional recipe. This combination is carefully composed according to the knowledge of Hildegard von Bingen and Bertrand Heidelberger. The powder is versatile and purely plant-based.

Application:

Stir 1 tsp (approx. 3g) into 150ml warm water once daily and drink.
For 1 cup of herbal bitter tea or detox tea, pour boiling water over 1 tsp. of BitterGrün (approx. 3g) and leave to brew for 5 minutes.
Or let a knife tip's worth (approx. 1g) melt on or under the tongue for a few minutes.
Perfect after a heavy meal, as an alternative to sweets, or as needed.
