Description
These capsules contain four different strains of bacteria. The probiotic mixture is specially adapted to the needs of women and is also suitable during pregnancy.
Consumption recommendation:
- The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules per day. Preferably on an empty stomach and before bed.
- For best results, dissolve the contents of the capsule(s) in half a glass of lukewarm water. Let it steep for at least 15 minutes, stir and drink.
