Description
The sports gel is specially formulated for use after physical exertion. It is ideal for massages and leaves a fresh sensation on the skin thanks to an organic blend of cajeput and eucalyptus. Nourishing aloe vera pampers the skin while wild mind offers cooling properties.
Application:
- Apply to the affected areas of the body gently and massage.
- The gel leaves a protective film on the skin that provides a cool sensation.
- Apply several times a day as needed.
Tip: The PECH rule for sports injuries
- (P) break - take a break and keep the affected body part calm and immobile.
- (E) ice - cold calms.
- (C) compression - a bandage with elastic bandages slows down any swelling.
- (H) elevate - it is best to elevate the affected body part above heart level.
