Description
Pure Ella's Nerve Power capsules contain extracts of St John's wort, valerian and passion flower as well as vitamin B1 and niacin. They are 100% vegan, hormones-free and contain no artificial additives. Ideal for support in your stressful daily life.
Recommended dosage:
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. The manufacturer recommends taking one capsule after breakfast and one around 30 minutes before going to bed.
Note:
- Consult a doctor before taking St John's wort if you are taking birth control pills, chemical antidepressants, strong sleeping pills or anti-epileptic drugs.
- Those who are sensitive to the sun should use effective sunscreen as the skin's sensitivity to the sun may rise. Eyes might also become more sensitive to light.
- Do not take together with SAM-e forte or 5-HTP products.
