Pure Encapsulations Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)

Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) by Pure Encapsulations® contains 50 mg hydroxytryptophan per capsule. The extract is obtained from the African black bean (Griffonia simplicifolia) and is rich in 5-HTP (hydroxytryptophan). This amino acid is a precursor of the neurotransmitters melatonin and serotonin.

Recommended consumption:
2 × 1 capsule per day between meals.
