Beetroot is a superfood with plenty of vital substances that comes in a dried, concentrated powder form. Raab Vitalfood Beetroot contains betaine and is rich in folic acid.

Use:

Perfect for red smoothies and vegetable juices, salad dressings, soups and more.
Stir a good heaping tablespoon (14 g) of powder into 500 ml liquid. The powder is also ideal for colouring pasta, cake or pizza dough.
