Raab Vitalfood Organic Wheatgrass Powder, 140 g

The wheatgrass used in Raab Vitalfood’s organic wheatgrass powder is grown, harvested and processed in Germany. While humans have valued the wheat plant for millennia—primarily for its grain—its young grasses also offer remarkable benefits. This wheatgrass powder is rich in nutrients such as magnesium, vitamin A and folic acid. Raab Vitalfood avoids unnecessary additives, and the powder is naturally gluten-free.

Recommended use:
Take 2 teaspoons (3.5 g) of barley grass powder daily dissolved in 250ml of still water, juice, smoothie or warm soup.

Recipe suggestion - Wheatgrass Smoothie
(preparation time: approx. 5 min.)

Ingredients for 1 person:

• 100 g spinach leaves or lamb's lettuce
• 1 orange
• 1 mango
• 1 banana
• 1 tbsp Raab Organic Wheatgrass Powder
• 300 ml water

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the spinach or lamb's lettuce.
2. Peel and cut the orange, mango and banana into chunks.
3. Place all the ingredients along with the wheatgrass powder in a blender jar and puree.
4. Dilute with water if desired.
