These capsules contain the trace element zinc in the form of zinc gluconate, the most effective form of zinc. Conveniently, you only need to take one capsule a day! The capsules are made without artificial dyes, flavourings or preservatives.

Recommended use:

Take 1 capsule daily with 200 ml of water after a meal.
