Recommended use:

Never use boiling water to prepare the tea! Pour fresh hot water (70 to 80 ° C) over a tea bag and let it steep for 10 minutes. We recommend using one teabag per cup.

Notes:

Do not drink more than two cups a day.
Do not use while pregnant
