Description
Solari's Acti Chrom delivers 200mcg of yeast-free chromium polynicotinate per tablet. Supplied with glutamic acid HCl, glycine and L-cysteine.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
Hints:
- The dosage range is between 200 mcg and 600 mcg (if slightly overweight) per day.
- Diabetics and overweight people should take between 600 and 1000 mcg per day, but the intake should always be discussed with a doctor.
