Valerian is a member of the honeysuckle family. The herbaceous plant has a lot of alkaloids and heavenly fragrant essential oils.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or a glass of water. Take 2 capsules a day if necessary.
Notes:
- Do not use while pregnant or while trying to get pregnant
- Do not take while nursing
- Not suitable for children under 3 years old
