Description
A mildly flavoured, orange-tasting electrolyte powder in practical sachets for on the go. The Competition Orange Powder from Sponser is the perfect companion for every possible endurance exercise and a good thirst quencher without added acid. The sports powder has also been enriched with minerals and the five main electrolytes sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride.
Application:
- Suitable for before, during or after exercise.
- Drink approx. 0.5 - 1 litre every hour depending on how thirsty you are and how much you lose sweat.
Preparation:
- Fill a drinking bottle (750ml) with cold water, add 1 sachet (60g), shake and enjoy.
- Can also be concentrated more with increased energy requirements (remains hypotonic up to 100g per litre).
