Description
Sponser's Liquid Energy Plus is a highly concentrated energy gel in a practical, resealable tube. The formula is based on a combination of glucose, fructose, and isomaltulose, rounded out with caffeine and a hint of sodium. Its liquid consistency makes it easy to consume during intense physical activity. This product is intentionally free from artificial sweeteners and colours and is also lactose-free. The neutral flavour ensures it remains palatable even during intense physical exertion.
Directions for use:
Take 1 sachet immediately before you begin your activity. Subsequently, take 2 sachets per hour (approx. 50 g carbohydrates). Drink plenty of fluids.
For sessions exceeding 3 hours, increase the amount as per your needs.
