Description
Thanks to the liquid form of the Omega-3 PLUS from Sponser, the essential food supplement does not require the addition of preservatives and also offers a higher concentration than other preparations. The oils used come from a controlled region in the northeast of Norway and are also processed there. Thanks to the addition of a pleasant citrus aroma, the fish oil shot tastes so pleasantly of lemon and not distinctly of fish.
Application:
- We recommend taking it daily either in the morning or in the evening, not just before exercise. Store at room temperature.
- After first opening the bottle, ideally store it in the refrigerator for optimal shelf life (6 weeks).
Preparation:
- Take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) daily. 10 ml contain the recommended daily amount (3 g EPA + DHA).
- The EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) specifies the maximum daily intake that is considered harmless to be 5 g EPA + DHA.
- Human health effects studies have usually been carried out at doses between 2-5 g per day (6.7-16.7 ml).
