By removing the oil, the powder contains significantly less fat and provides 387 kilocalories per 100g. This lactose-free and vegan powder boasts a protein content of 48% and 14% fibre. By adding water, you can mix your own peanut cream to your preferred consistency. No added sugar is used during production.
Dosage:
Mix 2 teaspoons (12g) of peanut butter powder with 1–2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Ideal for smoothies, shakes, baking, and cooking.
