Description
Alpha lipoic acid, also known as ALA, is a naturally occurring sulphur compound found. However, modern foods contain very small amounts. This premium supplement in capsules from ZeinPharma® provides a balanced 50:50 ratio of R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and S-Alpha Lipoic Acid.
Recommended dosage:
- Swallow 1 capsule twice daily with sufficient water, preferably around 30 minutes before or at least 2 hours after a meal.
- Or, open the capsule and stir its contents into water or juice and drink. Please note that alpha-lipoic acid has a distinctive, tart flavour profile.
