Description

Omega 3 contains fish oil concentrate with omega-3 fatty acids.

The omega-3 fatty acid family consists of alpha-linolenic acid
(an essential fatty acid, because it can not be produced by the body)
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)
Fish oils are an excellent source of polyunsaturated fatty acids
from the omega-3 family.

Recommended use:

For adults, take 2-3 capsules with a large glass of water with breakfast in the morning.
For children between 6-10, take 2 capsules daily.
The capsules can be taken for 1 month several times a year, making sure to take a break in between use.
