Description

Omega 3 contains fish oil concentrate with omega-3 fatty acids.

  • The omega-3 fatty acid family consists of alpha-linolenic acid
    (an essential fatty acid, because it can not be produced by the body)
    Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)
  • Fish oils are an excellent source of polyunsaturated fatty acids
    from the omega-3 family.

Recommended use:

  • For adults, take 2-3 capsules with a large glass of water with breakfast in the morning.
  • For children between 6-10, take 2 capsules daily.
  • The capsules can be taken for 1 month several times a year, making sure to take a break in between use.
