This product delivers at least 45% Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) plus Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) in small, easy to swallow soft gel capsules.

Both substances are Omega-3 fatty acids and are obtained using molecular distillation.

Recommended use:

take 1 or 2 soft gel capsules two to three times daily with meals.
