Description

This flour is made from fresh brown flaxseeds that have been gently pressed, partially de-oiled and finely ground. The flaxseed flour is ideal for a wide variety of dishes or baked goods.

  • The flour can be used in desserts, bread or mixed into cereals, yoghurts or smoothies. It can also be used to thicken sauces or soups.
  • The resealable, sustainable organic packaging is ideal for storage and is 100% compostable.

Uses:

  • For baking bread & pastries - When baking, replace 10-20% of the conventional flour with flaxseed flour. If necessary, we recommend increasing the amount of liquid in the recipe slightly until the dough has the desired consistency.
