The dried fruits are gently (below 40°C) ground to fine powder and mixed using traditional methods and originates from Fairtrade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.

Other names that are used for the amla fruit are Myrobalan and Indian gooseberry.

Recommended use:

  • Take 2 x 5 capsules á 0.50g (0.40g net) twice a day between meals with warm water.
