Description

Haritaki - Terminalia chebula - is an evergreen tree, that grows up to 20 m tall with oval leaves, white flowers and small, five-leafed, yellow to orange-brown stone fruits that are used in the Ayurvedic diet.

  • The fine and gently milled (below 40 °C) powder, derived from the dried fruit, comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fairtrade and organic projects.

Recommended use:

  • Take 4 capsules twice a day between meals with warm water.
