Description
Doppelherz Zinc 15 + Histidine + Vitamin C DEPOT combines key micronutrients in a convenient extended-release tablet, designed for slow nutrient delivery throughout the day. Each tablet contains 15 mg of zinc, 300 mg of vitamin C, and 100 mg of the amino acid histidine – ideal for times of increased stress.
Zinc and vitamin C support normal immune system function and help protect cells from oxidative stress. Zinc also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and plays a role in cell division. Thanks to advanced DEPOT or extended-release technology, these nutrients are released in the body gradually over several hours.
A simple way to support a steady nutrient supply, especially useful during the colder months or periods of heightened physical demand.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid, without chewing.
Note:
- Once your zinc intake reaches 3.5 mg per day, avoid taking other supplements containing zinc.
