Description

Compared to other vegetable oils, linseed oil contains one of the highest concentrations of essential polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids.

Organic linseed in raw food quality was used for this linseed oil. The linseed seeds were cold pressed, and are rich in vitamin E as well as secondary plant substances.
The fine, slightly nutty flavour of the oil makes it very versatile.

Recommendation:

Add 1–2 tablespoons of the oil to yoghurts, mueslis, dips, salads, or smoothies.
You can use 1–2 tablespoons of the oil per day.
The oil can be used in dishes or taken by itself.

Please note:

Store the oil in the refrigerator and away from light.
Do not heat and do not use for frying.
