Description
An all-rounder among dietary supplements, this product contains 22 vitamins and minerals that are perfect for adults and children 12 years old and up. The tablets are easy to swallow and are also ideal for on the go.
Recommended dose:
- Adults: 2 tablets per day with meals. Preferably 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening.
- Children 12 years & up: 1 tablet daily.

- This supplement contains iron which can be harmful if consumed in excess by young children.
- Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a doctor before use.

This is the first multivitamin that I can actually feel the effects of so we order it regularly now. As we experienced even 1 tablet a day makes a difference, and it is more economical that way, but the recommended 2 tablets a day will give you a noticeable energy boost. All the ingredients are highly bioavailable.
