Kräuter Max Figure Herbal Tea Blend

The Figure herbal tea mix is made in small batches according to a family recipe. It is made up of herbs such as mate, blackberry and molasses leaves, lemongrass and hibiscus blossoms.

Preparation:

• For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
• Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
• If needed, you can sweeten the finished tea with sugar or honey.

Ingredients: mate leaves (contain caffeine), lemongrass, blackberry leaves, hibiscus blossoms, melissa leaves, cocoa bean shells
