Description
These peppermint leaves have a wonderfully fragrant smell and a fresh and cool flavour.
- The herbal tea is made from carefully selected raw materials and is without taste enhancers.
- Peppermint leaves cut (Menthae piperitae folium)
Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink drink a cup of tea 3-4 times daily.
- If needed, you can sweeten the finished tea with sugar or honey.
