Even for an adult,taking Mirko Life 2 helps build the balance of intestinal flora - especially in intestinal inflammation or after taking antibiotics.
Recommended use:
- Adults: Take 2 spoonfuls (1 g) mixed with a plastic spoon in a glass of water or juice. Drink after 15 minutes, preferably at bedtime.
Recommended use:
- Babies up to 6 months old: give them pinches throughout the day. Mix the powder with lukewarm water and give it to the baby with a plastic spoon.
