Natural Power POWER PLEX Energy Transmitter is designed specifically for endurance athletes. In sports such as running, cycling, rowing, etc. energy is required is over a longer period of time. This energy can be very difficult to replace during training and competition stress.

Natural Power Power Plex Energy transmitter compensates for this loss of energy with its 97% carbohydrate blend.

Quality Note:

• Only slightly soluble raw material is processed for the PowerPlex Energy Transmitter. This quality distinguishes PowerPlex Energy Transmitter and also makes it excellent for use in cold drinks.

Preparation:

• Mix 40g (about 2 tablespoons) in 1/2 liter of fluid (eg, isotonic drinks, fruit juices, etc.) or with a similarly appropriate amount of food.
• Can be easily consumed simultaneously with all traditional food and drinks.

Recommended use:

• In training: Take 1 serving of 40g 30 minutes before each endurance exercise.
• Competition preparation: 2 days before the competition "charge" by taking 1 portion 3x daily (40g). Spread it out over the day.
• Competition: On race day, take 1 serving of 40g at breakfast. In the competition itself, you should take small sips from a prepared water bottle.
