Orthica Alfa-Liponzuur

Orthica® Alfa-liponzuur delivers 100mg of alpha lipoic acid per capsule.

Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulphur-containing fatty acid. In food, this substance is found mainly in meat and offal (eg, the heart, liver, kidneys).

Alpha-lipoic acid is a super antioxidant; the only antioxidant found both in the aqueous as well as the fat-soluble portions of the cell.

Alpha-lipoic acid also protects other water-soluble and fat-soluble antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, coenzyme Q10 and glutathione from decay.

Recommended use:

• Take 1-6 capsules per day, preferably during or after meals.
