Description

PowerGels are perfect for use during exercise! They come in a compact size, don't need to be chewed and contain a scientifically designed combination of different carbohydrate sources.

Tip:

Be sure to also put pasta on the menu before heavier workouts so you get an extra carbohydrate boost!

Recommended Use:

During exercise you need up to 90g of carbs per hour, depending on the intensity and duration of your workout.
1 PowerGel ORIGINAL yields about 27g carbs.
Consume a minimum of 150ml of water per bag
1-4 bags (for caffeine-free flavours) or 1-2 bags (for flavours with caffeine) per day.
Use one gel every 20-45 minutes during exercise.
