Description
Most of the components of the African baobab tree are used in the African diet. The pulp of the baobab fruit is an ideal source of fibre and vitamin C. It is used to make the baobab powder.
Consumption recommendation:
Stir 5g (one level tablespoon) into a glass of fruit juice or water or yoghurt or muesli twice a day and consume.
